Comvik, this widely applied decision:  (i)     provides no real and clear guidance, especially since on the one hand we are told that it is necessary to consider “all those features which contribute to said technical character”, whilst on the other hand appreciating that “features making no such contribution cannot support the presence of inventive step”.
