As reported by this blog, in its judgment on 6 July 2016 the Court of Appeal of England and Wales upheld the validity of blocking injunctions against intermediaries (ISPs) in respect of online trade mark infringements and burdened ISPs with the costs of implementing them.The IPKat is partnering with Simmons & Simmons for a free rapid response event to be held this afternoon at the London offices of Simmons & Simmons.
