De pasada, señalaremos que el ponente de la citada Sentencia, el magistrado Juan José González Rivas es ahora magistrado del Tribunal Constitucional, lo que permite nuestra “ confianza legítima” en que igual criterio mantenga en su nuevo destino ( aunque no sería el primer jugador que al ascender a la NBA cambia de táctica). 3.
