The reason that humans like the forms so much is that they are entitled to exemptions; entities like corporations and partnerships and limited liability companies are not entitled to exemptions when they file any flavor of bankruptcy whatsoever, whether it's a Chapter 7, Chapter 13, Chapter 11, or Chapter 12 in Arizona.
