Read the Wall Street Journal's response - it's pretty good.Miller and the usual suspects (American Rights At Work, the SEIU, AFL-CIO, etc.) went after this sentence: "The bill doesn't remove the secret-ballot option from the National Labor Relations Act but in practice makes it a dead letter" and then left out the "but in practice makes it a dead letter" half of the sentence (kind of an important part of the sentence).
