Good customer service makes all the difference (as Southwest Airlines knows and as Trimet managers needs to work on) because things will go wrong and it’s nice to know the “wrongdoer” cares enough to listen and talk to customers, even if there isn’t a whole lot that can be done about the problem.5) There are other services and information at the Legislature’s website; I’ll leave you to find the ones you like – and don’t like.
