  In vacating a plea, as in life, timing is everything:   if you file the motion before you’re sentenced, it’s to be granted “liberally” (although it usually doesn’t work out that way in practice), but if you wait until after you’re sentenced, you have to show a “manifest injustice” warrants vacating the plea, and good luck with that.
