I don't know enough about campaign finance law to understand how the various parts of the bill would work to change or supplement existing law, and I haven't taken the time to do the parsing and redlining (marking up existing law to be able to see the changes proposed by the bill, in context) I'd do if we were talking about Reg D, or that is simpler to do when comparing versions of social media company privacy policies or terms of use.
