The fact that Judge Sullivan expressed disgust at Flynn for using his high-level contacts with the White House during the transition does not bode well for President Trump’s defense of his earning money on a daily basis from his hotels and other businesses in one of the emoluments cases  over which Judge Sullivan presides and has already rejected the President’s efforts to dismiss. There’s still a lot of that around.The underlying economics for law students borrowing all the way up to the max does indeed look bad if they are not in a top-20-or-so law school unless they end up in the top 20% or so of their class, have connections, or a special skill (e.g. science for patent law).
