In April of last year, we obtained a $520 million settlement with AstraZeneca LP and AstraZeneca Pharmaceuticals LP to resolve allegations that marketing of the anti-psychotic drug Seroquel for uses not approved as safe and effective by the FDA caused false claims to be submitted to federal health care programs.
