That's the nature of the insurance relationship.So, unless an employer actually does control litigation decisions and that point is distinctly available from the record, I'm going to assume that it's the insurance company that makes those decisions - and will criticize (or praise) accordingly.In this Robison case, it is quite obvious to me that the decisions were those of the carrier.
