Here's a case where a Ninth Circuit panel whose prior opinion was summarily reversed by the Supreme Court says it'd be just fine were the Court to do so again.I was actually thinking last week about what a generally frivolous waste it is for litigants to file rehearing petitions in the United States Supreme Court.
