  Reminded me of growing up in Marshall - we went to Longview for fun, but the Longview kids went to Tyler, and the Tyler kids to Dallas, while (paradoxically) the Waskom and Jefferson kids kids were coming to Marshall, and the Harleton kids were headed for Jefferson. [read post]

Interestingly, as regular blog readers know, in ClearValue Judge Davis in Tyler entered death penalty sanctions against the plaintiff during trial for failure to disclose test results, but was reversed by the Federal Circuit, thus indicating that courts should perhaps tack in the direction of lesser sanctions wherever possible - as Judge Everingham did here.
