Article VI, section 2 of the 1851 Ohio Constitution states that “The General Assembly shall make such provisions, by taxation, or otherwise, as, with the income arising from the school trust fund, will secure a thorough and efficient system of common schools throughout the state…” One of the Constitution’s drafters went further, arguing that Ohio’s public school system should be “as perfect as could be devised,” not just adequate. Que tal ...mi caso se trata de una deuda que tengo con ELEKTRA empresa en la que tengo credito desde hace aproximadamente 8 años resulta que hace como 1 año y medio solicite un prestamo en efectivo de 13 mil pesos el cual me lo otorgaron pero a una taza de interes altisima de los 13 mil en abonos semanales tenia que pagar casi 30 mil pesos ...a fin de cuentas pague la mayor parte me faltaron como 20 semanas pero resulta que cuando iva terminando me vi en dificultades… [read post]
