Juror G said he would be “in the middle” in this case but his wife’s accident was going to double his insurance rates, and he did not know if he could put that aside, and Juror H thought there should be caps on damages because of all the frivolous lawsuits, and it was possible his beliefs about caps could come into play in this case (although he doubted that they would). In this EQE appeal against a decision awarding 41 marks for paper B 2019, "requests were made to revoke the decision and to have to quantify the extent to which the advantage of the participants in the "pilot project" of the EQE 2019 was reflected in a better result, and based on this knowledge, in particular to reevaluate task B of the complainant, so that the complainant's entire 2019 EQE is deemed to have been passed".
