In fact, this week I was suffering from a cold, and I went to one of my professors to discuss a project that I was working on for him, and before beginning discussion of the work, he immediately instructed me to take zinc and vitamin C, drink lots of fluids, get lots of sleep, and finally, to not work on any project for him until I was feeling better.
