If ADAs knew defendants were sitting in prison based on false charges and never notified them, those prosecutors should be the subject of state bar grievances and I wouldn't lose any sleep if they were hounded out of the profession.Finally, thank heavens Harris has a public defender office to provide an institutional counter-weight to the DA's office and a structural means to handle such a large number of similarly situated cases.
