i filed for child support in sept 2010 and my ex was ordered to pay in feb. 2011, directly to tallahassee, however, he just got a job and insist in paying me with a check less than 1/2 of the amount of the bi-weekly amount he should be paying me. i don't have the money to go back and pay an attorney to take him back to court. should i just file through the re-enforcement office or call his job to enforce what he should pay me oh and he gave me a check should i return that… [read post]
