If a state requires a corporation to consent to personal jurisdiction in the state as a condition of doing business in the state, can that corporation be sued in the state even where (1) the dispute does not have any connection to the state; (2) the state is not the corporation's principal place of business; and (3) the state is not the corporation's place of incorporation?
