David Harper from the Tulsa World online brings us the latest update in the trial between the state of Oklahoma and eleven poultry companies with operations in the Illinois River watershed, which the companies are alleged to have polluted with poultry litter.The case has been ongoing in some form since 2006, but as one observer noted, the case looks to be all over now but for the closing arguments.
