 Among other things, I think the FTC has potential problems under 47 U.S.C. 230 for trying to hold online service providers accountable for other businesses' activities, but the FTC lives in a parallel universe where they (incorrectly) believe 47 U.S.C. 230 doesn't exist. [read post]
