The recent ruling of Mr Justice Baker in AB v Ministry of Justice ([2014] EWHC 1847 (QB)) provides an interesting addition to the limited case law in this area, in particular on the issue of compensation for distress caused by the defendant’s failure to respond appropriately to an SAR. [read post]
