 We're using this term in a broader sense.But even after reading the entire opinion a couple of times, I'm still not at all sure of the dividing line between "unconscious" and "insane" under the Court of Appeal's approach.I get that when you're sleepwalking, you're "unconscious" even though you might be moving and appear to have voluntary control.
