Miller, No. 08-1069, 08-1089 Conviction of one defendant for being a felon in possession of a firearm, and conviction and sentence of a second defendant for aiding and abetting that possession, are affirmed where: 1) there was sufficient evidence to support the convictions; and 2) the second defendant was not eligible for a sentence reduction as a mere collector of guns.
