We are saddened to report that Mitchell Abbott, long time member of the California Academy of Appellate Lawyers, and a mentor and dear friend to many, passed away yesterday afternoon at the age of 69.Mitch practiced law his entire career spanning more than 40 years at Richards, Watson & Gershon, where he trained and mentored dozens of attorneys, including many successful appellate lawyers.
