Having been away from civilised society for a week whilst letting my two toddlers rampage feral-like through the Welsh countryside, I have been slightly slow on the uptake in reading about our esteemed new Prime Ministers recent pledge to overhaul those outrageous conker banning Health and Safety laws which are apparently crippling business and stifling the British way of life as the Daily Mail reliably informs me.
