I can see where a claimant goes to a different state or across town to get multiple prescriptions and the respective docs don't have a clue, but treating with brother and sister, both of whom were prescribing drugs that were found in a utilization review to be neither reasonable nor necessary??? We don't know whether the outcome of the trial would've been different or not, but as Kreindler pointed out, Murray's decision to open his pie-hole made it a lot easier for the prosecution to prove its case. [read post]
