  Henry Lee of the San Francisco Chronicle reports that 19-year-old Leonard Clayton has had multiple "law enforcement contacts" in the past for a variety of crimes including drug possession, burglary, carrying a loaded gun in public, and possession of stolen property, which would have carried time behind bars prior to the state's Realignment law, which reduced the penalties for these crimes.
