Mac OS X offers several options to capture all or part of your screen: Press Command + Shift + 3 to take a picture of the whole screen Press Command + Shift + 4 and drag the gray box to select the part of the screen that you want to capture The picture is saved as a TIFF file on your Desktop, generally called Picture 1, Picture 2, etc. [read post]
