The trial court granted the insurer’s motion for summary judgment in reliance on the business enterprises exclusion, and the intermediate appellate court affirmed the trial court, holding that because the business enterprises exclusion precluded coverage, the court did not have to reach the question of whether or not there was coverage in the first place under the policy.
