So can one restructure an "Elements of Law" course from this ambiguous mess in a way that remains true to the general sentiment that brought it into existence (a focus on the meta-structures and frameworks of law systems), but that can be rigorously structured to provide value to students consistent with our obligation to train future lawyers operating at the highest levels of the profession (the relevance and quality issues)?
