The OIG also required that the clinic enter into a 3-year Corporate Integrity Agreement which requires that the practice fully comply with a comprehensive set of compliance and regulatory requirements in order to avoid exclusion from the Medicare program.In November 2016, a New Jersey OB/GYN agreed to be excluded from participating in Federal health benefits programs for 20 years as part of his settlement with government.
