From the FDA:FDA is urging patients and health care professionals to check packaging carefully for syringes labeled as 100 units for use with U-100 insulin from lot number 813900.The recall applies to the following product information:-- ReliOn 1cc, 31-gauge, 100 units The syringes were distributed by Can-Am Care and sold only at Wal-Mart stores and Sam's Clubs.Recalled syringes should be returned to a local Wal-Mart or Sam's Club pharmacy for a replacement.Consumers and health care… [read post]
