If x owes thousands of dollars in back alimony.He retired early I guess some jobs let you do that,like law enforcement,firemen,etc...He is stating the reason for modification is due to changes in his financial status now...Will a hearing let the judge force him to pay what he owes me,and I guess we have to have another hearing on the modification or termination issue.He never had a judges order to stop paying,he just filed a supplemental petition..I really could use the money that he owes… [read post]
