  Rule 52(a)(1) states in part --the court must find the facts specially  --AND 52(a)(6) states - Findings of fact, whether based on oral or other evidence, must not be set aside unless clearly erroneous --An interesting aspect is that there seem to be no explicit findings of fact specially found.
