Hola qué tal, estoy preocupada desde hace un tiempo, recién acomodando muebles encontré una tarjeta de débito que pertenece a Bancomer (nótese que es del Libretón y de ahorro) pero la última vez que la revisé (hace como dos años) la pantalla del cajero marcaba saldo - (negativo) quisiera saber si le debo al banco ya que NUNCA me ha llegado ni un sólo estado de cuenta, llamada, mensaje ni nada.
