 You can read the opinion immediately below this post, and you can view and hear the oral arguments here.I do admit that the statute could have, and should have, made it crystal clear that temporary alimony should be included within a determination of durational limits for general term alimony awards (subject to the possible deviations allowed already, I think that would have been fair, and probably was what the drafters, and certainly the alimony reform movement, intended).
