Imagine how bummed you would be if you were the client (or the lawyer on a contingency fee) and you had a personal injury case in which you went all the way to trial, got a judgment for over $12.6 million, and then . . . saw it entirely disappear in the Court of Appeal, which reverses and directs the entry of a judgment in favor of the defendants.Ouch.
