     Decía el jurista romano Ciceron aquello de “tota res vacillat et claudicat” ( todo el sistema vacila y cojea un poco) y es evidente que al igual que los aviones tienen eso que se llama “fatiga de vuelo” (las partes mas sólidas se debilitan a largo plazo), nuestro Estado autonómico pide a gritos una revisión para ajustarse las nuevas coordenadas jurídicas, económicas y sociales.
