In addition to the Mobile Spy websites, Monsour found evidence that Novick had downloaded over 500 audio files from Mobile Spy, searched for GPS (global positioning system) locations, and searched for particular telephone numbers.The State charged Novick with eight counts of first degree computer trespass and eight counts of recording private communications based on Novick's use of Mobile Spy to record Maunu's conversations on March 30, April 4, June 5, and June 6.
