In order to prove her case, she need to establish that (1) she belongs in a protected group (2) she was subject to unwelcome conduct (3) the conduct was based on her membership in a protected group, (4) the conduct was pervasive enough to affect a term, condition, or privilege of employment, and (5) the employer knew about the harassment but failed to take prompt, corrective action.
