A Double Edged Sword… So, yesterday the OCC announced the rules and program details for its Independent Foreclosure Review and that means two things for sure: Homeowners that meet the eligibility criteria and whose situation and resulting financial damages are deemed to rise to the appropriate, while undisclosed level, can now file a “Request for Review” form with the OCC for potential remediation. ~~~ Scammers, con artists and other unethical providers of useless crap at… [read post]
