Wouldn't you think, given the appellate court's discourteous, impatient, and borderline abusive treatment of Saiers in a published opinion -- all based on a false premise, thereby tending to undermine public confidence in the integrity and impartiality of the judiciary -- that Sims and his colleagues would publicly say, "We're sorry"?
